Delete a student
Deleting a student may not be immediately obvious, but is easy once you understand the idea.
- Choose the Student command in the Edit menu.
- Move the current cell to the family name of the student.
- Choose the Delete command in the Edit menu.
- At the prompt, choose Yes.
Deleted students, and results, can be restored, with the Undelete students command in the Tools menu.
More than one student can be deleted in a single action with the Students command in the Action, Delete menu.
- This principle of moving the current cell to the name of the item to be deleted, and then using the Delete command in the Edit menu works for classes and columns.
